• Lead two Human Resources Assistants• Work with employment agencies to fill temp needs across the organization• Evaluate candidate resumes, screen applicants, coordinate interviews• Review requisitions, route to Finance before creating jobs in Icims• Oversee onboarding process for an average of 50 to 80 new hires monthly, conducting and tracking reference and background checks, gathering and verifying credentials, licenses and clearance, scheduling and providing materials for biweekly New Employee Orientation (NEO)• Process all HR invoices for payment• Track NEO attendance, provide reports to CEO, SVP of HR, Organizational Learning Director, Benefits Team• Maintain employee discount program, keeping all promotions current and establishing new partnerships • Approve and update parking voucher program for eligible employees• Coordinate special events for employees (onboarding breakfast with the CEO, retirement teas, etc.)• Perform all duties of prior HR Assistant role (below)Human Resources Assistant• Schedule pre-employment physicals for all prospective new hires• Maintain new hire files in Lawson and Perceptive in preparation for employment and HRIS/Compensation• Ensure all employee files are in compliance with Joint Commission standards• Collect documents for Benefits approval, assist current and new employees on Bswift benefits site with qualifying life events, new hire benefit eligibility period and open enrollment• Process all I9 forms• Answer high volume of calls and triage questions to the main HR phone line• Serve as a liaison between employees and other areas of HR (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS)• Coordinate interviews, exit interviews and meetings• Distribute incoming mail
