On a daily basis I work with patients and manage the flow of the office. I routinely work on how to make our office more efficient and timely to serve our patient to the best of our ability. I work best when there are many areas that need attention, and I can easily switch priorities and have a strong sense of urgency. I communicate well, and also have great customer service skills. I can very easily navigate patient charts, deduce from the office notes how the patient’s journey has transpired thus far, and use my proclivity for grammatically correct yet reader- friendly narratives. I can easily assess situations, drill down to the needs, be mindful of requirements and hard limits to deliver workable, user-friendly solutions that will satisfy your requirements, but that also will connect with the end user, the Cancer Patient. I also possess a high level of integrity both personally and professionally.
