Ran fit sessions for 5 different class categories within Girl Product. Partnered to build out size grading across 7 sizes spaning ages 2-14 years old. Worked with factories on construction standards and fit intent. Grew the technical design team from 1 person to 4, managing 3 direct reports. Used data to adjust size grading as per the needs of the clients regarding fit and styling, which in turn Kid Boy and Girl LOB had the highest size ratings across all LOB's for 2022. Helped to build a multi million dollar business in 5 years.
