I am a pioneer in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) eCommerce having founded MyBrands.com way back in 2000. (that's right, the same year as the dotcom crash). We were selling plastic bags, pickles and canned bread to consumers online for years before Amazon entered these categories. I founded My Brands in 2000 to serve both consumers and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, by building a shopping destination for this industry long before there was widespread adoption of buying grocery products online. We purchased and sourced products directly from the companies as well as aligned with DOT Foods, UNFI, KeHE and other distribution solutions.I adapted our business model to create branded webstores for powerful consumer brands such as StarKist, T. Marzetti, Domino Sugar and many more. We also offered and provided Amazon 3rd party sales for our brands and fulfillment services. I consistently delivered on sales, profit and growth targets.
