At the present time I am employed with Diebold Nixdorf as a Service Delivery Manager working directly with assigned account customers in the Regional Account client base. This position enables me to provide customer service using my experience and knowledge to grow relationships and retain account base while growing service revenue. As an experienced Service Professional, I have a passion for listening to customer’s needs, engaging with a purpose and quickly resolving issues to prevent them from becoming roadblocks to being a trusted advisor.
