About Suzanne Cody

My role as the Director of Business Development includes focusing on the firm’s business development activities, community outreach, and networking, plus establishing and implementing marketing goals and strategies. My firm, Muhlenberg Greene Architects, has been providing design, planning, and construction administration services for this area and surrounding states for over 100 years.I oversee all aspects of nurturing client relationships, including identifying new prospects, coordinating business development and operations, and identifying market trends. In addition to my role as Director of Business Development, I am also responsible for growing the MG Architects’ internship programs.I am headquartered in the firm’s Wyomissing office. However, I guide business development initiatives throughout the firm’s service area, including eight states (Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Vermont) and the District of Columbia.My educational background in design includes an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. Additionally, I hold a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and an Integrated Digital Marketing Certificate from Penn State.Passionate about mission-based community involvement, I serve as Board Secretary on the Foundation for the Reading Pagoda in my free time and as a member of the City of Reading Historical Architectural Review Board. I also serve as Membership Chair for SMPS Central PA and as a Member of the Commercial-Industrial Council of the Reading Berks Association of Realtors.
