Manage financial and business operations for youcubed, a research center at the Graduate School of Education. Launched and built earned income programs that now represent a majority of center funding. Responsible for strategy, marketing, and operations of revenue-generating service lines; grant applications and reporting; and organizational budgeting and forecasting.

Consultant to youcubed, a research center at Stanford's Graduate School of Education, from October 2014 to July 2017. In July 2017, became a full-time Stanford employee serving as a Financial Analyst for youcubed.

Provided strategy, marketing and general business consulting to technology companies with an emphasis on biotechnology and life sciences. Projects range from multi-year corporate strategy development to tactical market positioning and business operations analysis.

Led all merger, acquisition, investment and licensing activities for NASDAQ-listed life sciences tools company. Managed deals from start to finish, including: strategy formulation, target identification and evaluation, business case development, financial and valuation analysis, due diligence, negotiation and closing of transactions, and internal and external relationship management.

Designed and managed projects addressing high priority strategic issues for senior executives of the nation’s largest physician group. Led cross-functional teams in problem identification, data gathering and analysis, scenario development, strategy formulation, and implementation planning.
