This role also required extensive networking and relationship building in order to introduce new brokers to the MyState brand.

I am a senior lending specialist in the Hobart branch with a large diverse client portfolio. This role has me doing business lending as well as domestic.My role is to be able to cross-sell using influencing skills to achieve out comes for Mystate and our partners as well as the client. I also lead and mentor the branch front line staff to help achieve their referral targets and sales as this contributes to my sales. In this this role I have been continually rewarded as a high achiever.
