It Project Manager, Martech - Marketing Technology
CurrentWorld's largest quick service restaurant brands.Main Responsibilities:• Management of the Run Project, an international project for the creation, management and monitoring by IT department of Subway's Global offers generated by the Marketing and CRM areas around, in North America (US, Canada), Caribbean (Puerto Rico), Europe (starting with Finland) and others to come.• Strong management of stakeholders to support and align planning.• Assurance between program objectives and technical solutions, communicating cross-functionally at all levels, and leading remote, diverse teams to achieve business objectives.• Elaboration of roadmap, calendar, scheduled resource availability and the whole strategy for Marketing and CRM’s offers generation, based on roadmaps and Tech Leadership steering.• Support and management of quality tests for Marketing offers.• Communication, relationship, presentation to senior management, and all involved areas about the roadmap, planning, and results of Marketing campaigns.• Identification of dependencies, tracking, management of the risks and conflicts resolution between the Run Project and other related projects.• Focal point of the Marketing Technology (Martech) team with the PMO.• Foster strong relationships with Leadership to support strategic and operational alignment with stakeholders.• Reporting of the performance results of Marketing campaigns.• Budget management.• Tools: Management - Microsoft Project, Teams, Planner; Creating offers - Mobivity, Adobe Journey Optimizer; Tests’ Ticket tracking - Azure Devops.
