CMi pioneered the development of senior executives from international companies with mentoring from independent chairmen. CMi has an international mentor roster comprising some of the most highly respected and senior chairmen and a diverse client base that includes many of the world's largest listed companies. CMi's mentors have served as the chairman on more than 165 listed company Boards and a further 125 private company Boards.

I was responsible for managing the global resources of Wealth Management, including internal and external resources. Focus on employee engagement and the culture within the organization was an area that I was passionate about and in 2015 I established the Asset and Wealth Management People Engagement Group (PEG) to design and implement people-based initiatives with the aim to drive culture, diversity and collaboration. Most recently I drove the successful delivery of the May ‘People Engagement Month’ with ~60 events in Wealth Management globally focused on mental health, ESG, diversity and inclusion with a focus on Personal Impact and Executive Presence.

I built and ran an investment advisory team for the UK Private Bank that was previously lending focused. Educated and built trust with relationship managers, leveraging established inflows to drive growth. This was a client facing role were I was directly involved in pitches and the ongoing review of client portfolios. I advised clients on broad range of products: equity, FI, cash, long-only and hedge funds, ETFs, structured products.

I joined as a Graduate with remit to support equity desk for Wealth Management. Promoted to Sales Trader for the Private Banking business and thereafter became US Equity Product Specialist. Transferred to London to help build and manage Private Banking execution desk for European equities. In 2002 took on portfolio of 20 key institutional accounts before becoming Product Specialist, initially in European Equity and then Global FI: High Grade Corporates, Financials, Sovereign/Govt/Agency, High Yield & Emerging Markets.
