Answer the telephone and take messages for Facilities and Operations Department, answer questions for the public, students and staff relating to Facilities issues, track, analyze and report energy management information to Facility Coordinator and Director of Facilities, maintain East HS Master Building/Room usage schedule, create and issue Use of Building Contracts and invoices for East Cluster schools, operate radio and telephone communications systems, receive and input work orders relating to Facilities Department, operate, input information and relay alarm information from the building automation system, prepare and input requisitions for service contracts, materials and supplies, supervise and train assistant/co-op student and cleaning staff, review custodial/maintenance time sheets and records, type letters, forms, reports and other material from copy or rough draft, compose and type routine correspondence for signature, copy and distribute memorandums and information, operate office equipment, communicate with Central Facilities staff regarding building, site and custodial issues, maintain key, card access and other security records, schedule/track HVAC for East and cluster schools, schedule automated lighting system for East and cluster schools, daily tracking and adjustments of pool chemicals, temperature and cleanliness per state health department standards, prep and set up of athletic fields for games/activities, work with City of Appleton for building permits, firework permits and special event permits, assist with monthly/annual inspections of automated sprinkler/fire system, bleachers and kitchen equipment and stage/theater fire curtain.
