Provide intakes, assessments and evaluations for potential new clients, implement treatment plans, case management (including accessing social service resources, providing community resource information for clients’ struggling with economic issues, implement referrals for victims of domestic violence to safe shelters, implement referrals for potential homeless clients’ to homeless shelters and arrange for other resources as needed), provide progress documentation for Probation Officers and DCF Case Workers, arrange for lower and/or higher level treatment for clients’ as needed per case assessment upon completion of Intensive Outpatient Treatment. Enter and track DMHAS statistics and consumer surveys. Provide orientation packets for incoming clients (including program policies and procedures, relapse prevention protocol, and confidentiality statement).  Research Psycho-Educational Information and create informational handouts for group attendees, encompassing addiction and co-occurring education, life skills, stress/anger management, domestic violence issues, parenting, and self-care. Arrange for Psychiatric Evaluations Conduct Group, Individual, Couples and Family Therapy Sessions
