* At present, I am an experienced Practice Manager for a team of 24 over three practices in Shropshire. I am experienced in payroll, budget setting, labour forecasts, CPD approvals and management, HR issues, recruitment, target setting, driving performance, supporting team wellness, all aspects of employee management, supporting head office with projects, property maintenance, obtaining site accreditations, H&S maintenance and ensuring staff compliance and safety. * Prior to this I was a Packaging Technologist and later a Development Technologist. I have 8 years of experience working in an FMCG environment. * I have obtained experience supporting and guiding retailers and brands with new materials and products from concept to launch.* I have confidence conducting line trials and collating data to understand the production parameters for new materials or variations on product type. I have done this in the UK and in Germany, both with a team and on my own with the production teams.
