Responsabilities include:• Management and coordination of:o Spool kit delivery from Subsea Equipment Vendor to installation contractor (successfully completed 3 load outs of 208 kits over 4 months with no incidents or injuries).o Trial lift and load out of 63 spools at fabrication yard ensuring there is no delay to load out or impacts on the offshore installation. o Proactively contributing to planning and coordination of spool installation.• Responsible for coordination of survey vessel scope working closely with contractor package manager to perform offshore construction scope.• Managed offshore installation campaign with 2 construction vessels (combined cost of more than $1million per day).• Offshore client representative / project engineer during various offshore installation campaigns.• Focal point responsible for coordination and oversight of the welding procedure qualifications.• Focal point for H & S, E, Quarantine, Quality, Marine operations and Marine Warranty Surveyor.• GUFT representative on joint Company / Contractor team responsible for development of contractor safety initiative.• Leadership including management of individuals, project teams and contractors, recruitment of personnel, performance management and daily supervision.• Responsible for leading safety meetings, establishing safety culture within team, providing training to improve Safety and Environment culture and championing behaviour based safety program.
