Reporting directly to the General Manager, Project Delivery Group (PDG), the Project Specialist role is a leadership role and has been an integral part of establishing and recruiting the PDG Lead Team. The Project Delivery Group is responsible for safely delivering all major brownfield and greenfield construction projects within CBH including the scoping, design, construction and commissioning of CBH assets to meet operational requirements.As Project Specialist, I was accountable for providing functional and technical advice in the development and delivery of projects and technical studies, identification of improvement opportunities and pursuit of alternative options which can add value to CBH.Key responsibilities include:• Safety leader accountable for driving and influencing safety performance within Project Delivery Group by identifying improvement opportunities and engaging dedicated resource.• Responsible for the identification, development, planning, prioritisation and management of technical study packages and projects by engaging and managing internal and external capability to deliver positive outcomes in the safest, most efficient and cost effective manner.• Extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement to establish project requirements, identify key risks and opportunities and promote management of change within the business to achieve positive outcomes.• Proactive liaison with Operations Process Improvement advisors to ensure PDG engagement and develop cross functional partnerships to deploy lean methodologies across business.• Lead change initiatives and drive transformation opportunities within CBH by challenging business as usual activities and driving change with a relentless delivery cadence to enforce accountability and accelerate implementation.

Project engineer responsible for managing key stakeholders and interfaces between Upstream Pre-commissioning Team, Commissioning and Start Up and Downstream Construction team on Barrow Island (site team).• Proactively built relationships with key stakeholders within the Commissioning and Start Up team to support on-schedule completion and mitigate any potential schedule delay to the critical path.• Successfully managed 2 projects with multi-functional teams to deliver technically unproven, never been deployed, state of the art equipment from tender to operation. Both delivered on time to meet key start up milestone, on budget ($4 million) with no incidents or injuries and in line with Joint Venture Participant requirements.
