Hello, my name is Suzanne Forde, and I am currently an upcoming senior at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, majoring in Business Management and Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. I am set to graduate in May 2025 with a BBA in Human Resource Management and a Leadership Certificate.I am currently working part-time as a Retail Sales Associate at Express and as a Human Resource Intern with Sports Media Inc. These roles have allowed me to enhance my customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management techniques. My previous experience as a caddie and in retail has provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, which I apply daily.Working alongside a Human Resource Manager has given me valuable insights into the field, solidifying my interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. I am eager to continue learning and growing as a future manager through hands-on internship opportunities that provide real-world experience.
