I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with more than 30 years experience in both the Acute Hospital and Community settings in Victoria, Australia. My passion for education and recruitment of nurses has grown from my recent roles. I have a lot of experience in the healthcare industry which I enjoy sharing with nurses and healthcare workers.For the past 18 years I’ve worked as a Nurse Educator, and specifically as a Graduate Coordinator for more than 15 years at one of Melbourne’s major hospital groups. Through this experience I have gained intimate knowledge and insights into The Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria system (PMCV or known to many of you as Computer Match) and the recruitment of nurses and healthcare workers.I have been instrumental in developing successful recruitment strategies, and quality programs in the recruitment of PCA's EN's, and RN's for Graduate Nurse Programs, General positions, CNS and ANUM applications. This led me to a study tour of the UK in 2019 to further my knowledge and hone my skills in the recruitment of Nurses.
