Work closely with Clinical Nurse Manager and school principal to coordinate interdisciplinary cooperation within the adolescent unit; work with CNM and non-clinical departments to coordinate interdisciplinary cooperation with and access to resources needed to ensure provision of services to adolescents; identify and address safety and maintenance issues; initiate and approve funding requests to purchase supplies/materials for the unit; approve orders for Point Store; Plan/develop/distribute schedule for adolescent treatment mall; recruit group facilitators; purchase group materials; Ensure Treatment Planning Coordinators are adequately represented across all patient care units; communicate changes in policy and procedure via meeting, email, etc; manage time for Treatment Planning Coordinators (TPC); evaluate work performance of TPC's and document accordingly; select candidate for interviewing, hiring; coach/mentor TPC's as need arises; attend monthly departmental meetings, hospital management team meetings, clinical management team meetings, forensic Incapable to Proceed Committee meetings, etc; facilitate monthly departmental meetings for TPC's; Chair Peer Audit Review Committee

Core treatment team member and point of contact for treatment team; coordinate all treatment team meetings for assigned caseload; responsible for ensuring each patient is assigned to psychosocial groups as well as 1:1 sessions, work, etc.; Revise patient schedules as needed; Work with treatment team to develop and implement person centered treatment plan, ensuring that goals are attainable, measurable, realistic; monitor implementation of all plans; audit patient charts; ensure treatment plans are reviewed and revised in compliance with hospital policy and based on patient needs; Participate in various committees; stay current on hospital required training (i.e. CPI, CPR, etc.)
