When I joined Smart I was the first port of call on the telephones. I process orders and deal with any enquiries and complaints from customers. Along with processing orders I ensured that any stock items and board that we require for production is ordered in to fulfil the customer’s requirements. I processed weekly stock reports for some of our main customers and also raise quotations for products. I was also part of the support team for the Sales staff and Accounts department when required. I was promoted to Sales Executive for the Gloucestershire area, responsible for current customers and sourcing new business. I am also a Sales Co-ordinator when required in the office.

Falfield

I was in charge of reception making sure that customers were happy, I was responsible for checking guests in and out, along with producing the bills and taking payments. I was responsible for making sure all the money in the hotel added up and stored safely in the company safe. When needed I helped out in the functions and also helped in other area of the hotel.
