Orchestrated external communications; TV, radio, print, outdoor, social media, website, email, direct mail and printed materials. Demonstrated ability to copy write and art direct. Responsible for overall development, implementation and management of Oregon, SW Washington and Alaska District marketing efforts including; event sponsorship, event marketing, retention analysis, offer development, customer base marketing, marketing communications and operations. Served as the local marketing expert, working in concert with the VP District General Manager and National Marketing teams, as well as the local department leaders for Sales, Customer Care and Finance.
