Led efforts to roll out a new fee program. Successful rollout required collaboration with teams including software engineering, legal, finance, accounting, and analytics. Remediated complex, large scale ($10M+) events requiring collaboration with developers and reliability engineers.

Developed an automated internal systems monitoring program comprised of 130+ checks and supported the updated of NetCredit's Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) monitoring program. Identified a previously missed opportunity to capture additional leads. Implemented a solution that more than doubled application lead volume.

Supported a team of 50+ Customer Service representatives by fielding escalations, implementing process improvements, developing tools and automating operational reporting.
