Suzanne Hall is a Interpretive Specialist (GS-12) at National Park Service. She possess expertise in proficient in written and spoken french, data entry, microsoft office, social networking, social media and 9 more skills. She is proficient in French. Colleagues describe her as "Suzanne and I worked together for over 5 years. at Vista Higher Learning (VHL), both of us starting as MLAs (Sales Support). It was apparent from the start that Suzanne was/is a self-starter and fiercely tenacious when working toward her goals. We collaborated on event planning, internal procedure planning, calendar planning, and more. She always took the helm in discussions and had valuable input to add based off of her own personal research conducted for any of the given tasks. She was always prepared for meetings and ready to dive in. If she didn't know something, she was a quick study and figured it out on her own. She has a wealth of knowledge in many different areas that she brings to the table such as; her experience and passions in cultural pursuits of culinary, travel, language, activism, and cultural exchange- all which came into play at VHL. It was no surprise when she was promoted internally to a Sales Rep role after tenaciously paying her dues as an MLA. There she proved once again that tenacity is the key to success, especially in Sales. She made goal well in the 2nd quarter of the year and went on to surpass her set goal. Her professionalism was always at the foreground when working through solutions with customers. We all worked within close proximity of each other and many times I overheard her painstakingly walk through either the sales presentation or troubleshoot for her customers for tech support or pricing. She was outstanding! If our career paths were to cross again, I would love to have her on any team of mine. Her impeccable high standards for loyalty and justice coupled with her tenacity towards her goals makes her an incredible partner. I cannot recommend Suzanne enough towards whatever pathway her career takes her. She will add value to your department. "
