Started at PFP in the imaging and application department. I studied and learned the licensing process and became licensed to sell Life and Disability products in 10 states. From there our team went on to build a multi million dollar sales team with cross selling and reselling policies that were no longer in force. I was responsible for establishing the training of both new and esatblished agents to reach and exceed there goals.Worked directly with the Vice President of IT department in implementing a new program to make PFP a paperless company and getting a phone system that was capable of functioning with the new flow of calls comming in and out of the department.
