CurrentChildWay is a non-profit, inpatient medical group home in Lansdale, PA. We specialized in supporting the needs of children who are technologically dependent, medically fragile and have cancer.I helped opened this medical group home that specializes in supporting the needs of children who are technologically dependent and medical fragile. We help transition children with cancer back to their homes. We personalized, home-like setting providing individualized care to meet the special medical needs.I currently develop polices and procedures for the multiple facilities, coordinate with insurance companies, set up Early Intervention/IU education for school aged children, coordinate discharges, set up and training new houses and their employees, coordinate the care of the children as well as draw labs and give/update immunizations.
