During the initial years offering IT services to IBM, Suzanne worked to develop an Automated Regression Testing Tool (ARTT) for Kroger, recruit a highly efficient team, and manage general workplace issues. At IBM, one of Suzanne’s most notable achievements was to identify business opportunities in providing product services and to jump start a team of professionals in operating policies and procedures to deliver high visibility projects. In addition, her development of process improvements resulted in cost reduction. With a focus on strategic solutions to best elevate the efficiency and quality of corporate practices, she also assisted in spearheading comprehensive advancements – achieving the “Above and Beyond” Award from executives for developing the instructional process - and ushering in a reduction of customer field defects, dramatic compression of testing times, and an increased internal revenue with new product sales year after year. During her time with IBM, Suzanne was a product manager responsible for traveling to customer sites and training them on the automated testing product, developing automated testing scripts for customers. She also performed internal training, guided her team in product improvements, and provided related customer support. Employed by the top, market leading entities such as IBM and Toshiba, she has lead the software development industry. In addition, she developed software for specialty retail companies such as FAO Schwarz, Gucci America, American Eagle Outfitters, Brookstone, Cache, & GNC.
