Business Operations Analyst
Current• Provide decision support to leadership on a broad range of business areas including financial planning, resource management, trends and projections, workforce acquisition planning, and business processes. Anticipate, identify, research, and communicate key business performance issues to enable successful management of operational programmatic deliverables for leadership. • Prepare financial plans, monitor implementation of financial policies, prepare regular and special-purpose reports, maintain historical records, analyze trends, establish cost rates and personnel forecasts, prepare comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determine rationale for variances between costs and budgets.
