The role has responsibility for the final phase of the ACMA’s Spectrum Management Project (HELM) it includes managing the:• collaboration with the outsourced provider (LS Telcom) to undertake system and solution development, • user acceptance testing and testing of the regulatory compliance of the new system;• decommissioning of the legacy spectrum management systems;• project management including risk management, budget, reporting and contingency planning; and• stakeholder engagement.
