As a flexible and adaptable leader it’s been my privilege to work across Vocus leading key programs driving business growth & transformation: Accelerate 2024 | Implemented a scaled agile framework to streamline digital delivery, including a full organization redesign, 400+ hours of training of 300 people, and new work instructions to reduce technical rework and improve resource planning. Wholesale Access Products | Established the Board directed technology program to deliver wholesale products to the consumer business. The program included product build streams for data, mobile data, and voice, along with operational readiness and security approvals. Future State | Led a $81M transformation program to consolidate and streamline legacy networks and BSS/OSS, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiencies through increased automation. VAS Environment | As the business owner I oversaw the build and deployment of a secure environment to service Federal Government & Defence Industry customers. Salesforce Reimagine / Pulse Program | Led the strategic engagement with the Vocus architecture and technology team. I was instrumental advocating for change and establishing the supporting business case.Note - this role was regraded from 'Head of' to 'General Manager' with no changes in 2024.

As a senior leader within the Commercial Division, I worked closely with the product team to enable innovations in product, system, and operations to meet the needs of the Enterprise and Government segment.
