Manage employee medical, personal and military leave of absences including short/long term disability, Worker's Comp and FMLA/ADA compliance.

Analyze candidate applications and background information to determine whether a candidate meets the requirements to be a team member in the Rock Family of Companies. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for candidates going through the background check process and address any question or concerns, analyze the information in a completed candidate file, partner with leadership to communicate concerns and make hiring decisions, complete the verifications of employment, initiate the adverse action process if a candidate is declined, assist in team-impacting projects as needed, and work with recruitment to onboard candidates.

Leave of Absence administration for various leave types including medical, military and personal. FMLA/ADAA administration and compliance, payroll and benefits administration for team members on leave.

Manage all aspects of employee leave of absences including: Short/Long-term disability, FMLA, Worker's Comp, Personal, Educational and Military Leaves based on organizational policies along with state and federal guidelines.

Benefit administration, tuition reimbursements, dependent verifications, collect and post benefit payments for employees on leave, open enrollment presentations.
