I have worked for over 25 years in Quality Management, with a focus on the Life Science industry for over a decade, ultimately gaining experience in the development of B2B GMP software solutions within the packaging supply chain. As a COO of our global software division, I take pride in ensuring that our clients ultimately receive world class products and support. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and one of my goals as a COO is to build strong, long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and our global team alike.Currently I am responsible for the day to day leadership and management oversight of Perigord's software operations globally. My role involves developing and execution of business strategies, monitoring financial performance and delivering growth while maintaining service levels. Driving client satisfaction is something I am very passionate about and work on tirelessly. Monitoring operational performance is another very important part of my job, we are constantly bench marking ourselves against industry standards and ensuring that we are always on top.
