An experienced Process Support Lead and Clean Room Operator, with an extensive track record of compliance and skills within the pharmaceutical industry. With more than 9 years of experience in various aspects of pharmaceutical manufacture (Pennpharma a PCI company and Protherics a BTG company) in Contained Manufacture Facility (CMF). Working with solid dose formulations such as blend granulation, tablet coating, encapsulation and the sterile manufacturing environments of injectable pharma product. Current role is supporting the CMF to maintain its cGMP compliance and helping meet planning needs through various aspects such as co-ordinating and conducting cleaning validation swabbing to ensure timely cleaning verification conformation, maintaining inventory records for stock control to ensure cGMP compliance, general stock control and monitoring, Undertaking inventory cycle counts, proactively assessing and adapting stock levels for changing CMF needs. Preparation of information for administration, providing details of purchases and returns for invoicing purposes. CMF housekeeping and of associated areas of the CMF to ensure cGMP compliance. Up to date knowledge of Health, safety and environmental law. Also highly trained and experienced in laboratory based operations such as In Process Checks (IPCs) of solid dose material and Bulk Immunogen preparation and manufacture. Knowledgeable of lean methodology and other tools and techniques which bring about increased productivity and team performance. Technically adept, with sound training in production manufacture, health & hygiene, and general Good Manufacture Practices (GMP).
