Managed people with disabilities performing janitorial work in 6 New Jersey State buildings. Created schedules, computed payroll and handled all required paperwork. Performed all hiring, training and termination for region.

Duties include daily running of housekeeping department by ensuring all rooms and suites exceed guests’ expectations. Coordinates the activities of hotel staff as directed and provides support by performing the following duties: monitors and ensures compliance with all guidelines for operations, conducts monthly department meetings to review new procedures and solicit input from all employees, handles and provides resolution to guest complaints and employee issues, assigns duties to employees and subordinates and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel and franchise policies and established operating procedures.

As the reservations manager: duties included managing reservations department, customer relations via email, phone, mail, and in person, responsible for department scheduling, training new employees, handling communication between departments and addressing guests complaints. As a front desk clerk: responsibilities include checking guests in and out, settling guest bills, giving assistance where it was needed, and training new employees at the Front Desk, responsible for maintaining a large cash bank on a daily basis.
