My duties and responsibilities involve developing and executing HR strategies in line with business goals and strategies, culture and change processes, strategic staff planning, collective labour agreement negotiations and employee participation processes, group remuneration policy, HR compliance, HR guidance of mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and building and leading teams.I am a quick thinker, innovative, analytical and decisive. My approach is goal-oriented and pragmatic. I am not afraid to deal with resistance to reach my goals. I motivate and stimulate people in my team and around me with enthusiasm, positivity, empathy and an energetic drive. In this way I am able to create a positive working atmosphere.
