Responsible for the management and coordination of events in the service department at Performance Lincoln Ford & providing customers with loaner vehicles while their vehicles are being serviced at Performance Ford. Additionally, I am the point of contact for new Lincoln customers who need to be set up with a Lincoln Valet appointment. Additional Responsibilities:Responsible for booking appointments and maintaining calendar for a fast-paced service department. Administrative duties including answering phones, greeting and directing customers, taking payments, filing, and copying.

Responsible for the management and coordination of all events at Family Ford. Additionally, I am responsible for the development and execution of the marketing and public relations plans and the maintenance of the websites for the service department.Additional Responsibilities:Perform payroll processing for service department employees on a weekly basis.Act as Sync specialist (Bluetooth for Ford & Lincoln vehicles) providing information to new and existing customers and troubleshooting client issues with Sync functions.Responsible for booking appointments and maintaining calendar for a fast-paced service department, including correspondence for appointments scheduled via company website.Update and maintain extended warranties for the service department.Maintenance of all customer accounts, ensuring all customer information is correct and up to date.Administrative duties including answering phones, greeting and directing customers, taking payments, filing, and copying.
