Suzanne Letso is the co-founder and CEO of Milestones Behavioral Services.Suzanne has extensive board experience. She currently serves as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Organization for Autism Research, as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Marrakech, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Elijah Foundation. She has served as the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the B.F. Skinner Foundation, and Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts. Suzanne was founder and first President of both the Connecticut Association for Behavior Analysis and the Behavior Analyst Leadership Council, and was a founding board member of the Council for Autism Service Providers. She has also participated in the establishment and management of a number of other service organizations, trade associations, autism-related initiatives, and state task forces. Suzanne has served as a subject matter expert and expert witness in legal proceedings, and as a consultant to venture capital investor groups. Suzanne frequently presents nationally and internationally on a variety of topics including provision of applied behavior analytic programs, legislative advocacy, autism treatment, and leadership development. Suzanne is a registered lobbyist for the Connecticut General Assembly, and has worked as an advocate on a number of legislative issues in the states of Connecticut and Alaska including the establishment of licensing for behavior analysts in both of those states. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Suzanne was the recipient of the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts’ 2016 Jerry Shook Award, which honors individuals whose achievements have enhanced the practice of applied behavior analysis; the Marrakech Founders’ Advocacy Award in 2009; and the Enterprising Women magazine’s Advocate of the Year Award in 2007. Additionally, Suzanne is the Managing Member of multiple real estate companies and has extensive experience launching new business ventures in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
