Sme (Subject Matter Expert) Optum Vaccn Asr
CurrentAs part of the Optum VACCN scheduling center I use many different programs throughout the day continuously to schedule, document, and investigate referrals from the VA. The main focus of my position is to schedule appointments for veterans as they came in. I also am a SME for this program, which means I also coach other teammates and train new ASR’s on the floor. I have been on a special project for the Optum VACCN since I started with the company. I am responsible for complicated cases and returning referrals as needed back to the VA. I am very comfortable using the many types of technology for this position i.e Mite, Ignite, Mednet, ID.me for HSRM (VA access), Skype, Microsoft teams, Costpoint, Aspect, and Outlook for emails as well as faxing.
