Suzanne (Sue) M. Logan is Senior Counsel at Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure (HASI), where she leads debt and equity transactions on behalf of HASI in the U.S. domestic grid-connected renewables market.Prior to joining HASI, Sue was a Senior Attorney on the Energy Transition team with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she advised governments, primarily in South and Southeast Asia, on legal reform and economic development issues in the power and renewable energy sectors.From 2007-2020, Ms. Logan was an Associate, then Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represented private developers and sponsors and commercial banks and other financial institutions in connection with all phases of the development, acquisition and project financing of US domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects.
