Manage and Oversee OMIS Division of Quality and Compliance, which consists of writing and maintaining IT policy and procedure, information security incident management, information security and privacy risk assessment and management, data sharing agreements, HIPAA security and privacy management, and more;Oversee information security audit activities for Agency by collaborating with federal entities (IRS, CMS, SSA, etc.);Oversee the completion of Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) documents;Act as liaison with WV Office of Technology Information Security Office;Research, analyze, interpret, and develop IT policy and procedure for the Agency;Enforce existing IT policies and objectives for the Agency;Analyze compliance deficiencies within OMIS and the Agency;Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to IT Security, Compliance, and Privacy;Ensure information security and policy compliance with relevant federal statutory regulations;OMIS Privacy Officer;Member of DHHR Data Governance Committee;Develop collaborative efforts among Agency Bureaus, Offices, and External Entities;
