I began working at Franklin Academy as a 4th Grade Teacher and quickly gained responsibility with my expertise working successfully with ESE students and became the SBT coordinator for 2 year. as well as Wilson intervention program. I also taught 6th Grade advanced Literature while providing intervention as well as being the SBT Leader. My final year at Franklin I was responsible for the SBT and ESE coordinator positions. I also ran the Wilson intervention program at the school. Provided Staff development with regards to SBT data collection and ESE processes.
