Oversee the rebranding/rehabilitation of the YUM! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.) franchises from conception to completion. Responsibilities:• Perform site surveys for potential stores. • In field over sight of sub contractors work to ensure work is to company expectations.• Attend/Hold Daily construction meetings.• Document construction progress and in field site conditions with photos and written reports.• Electronically track materials and equipment to monitor construction progress.• Proactively monitor site and personnel for adherence to safety through the use of proper PPE and traffic control, etc.• Prepare proposals, RFPs, invoices, change orders, project schedules, and overall knowledge of construction documentation.

Bellevue, Wa

• Perform site surveys for potential stores. Prepare scope of work and budgets • Qualify and select General Contractors and Architects for specific projects. • Manage and inspect all assigned projects from start to turn over to Store Operation. Ensure Certificate of Occupancy and approve the contractor’s work to assure quality construction and adherence to company approved plans.• Ensure project is ADA complaint and that all state and local codes have been met.• Oversee, in addition to new stores, assigned remodels and expansions.• Review, negotiate and approve construction bids, qualify costs, and generate project schedule with General Contractor.• Track all projects, communicate with on site contractor, and provide weekly updates to home office. Ensure schedule, costs and provide solutions to unforeseen issues, which may accrue during build out.• Work with local city departments and on site inspectors.• Perform site visits to ensure work is to company expectations and to be proactive in value engineering and possible ways to improve efficiency.• Maintain a high level of integerity and professionalism .• Complete all company required forms and templates and submit in a timely manner.• Work with and place orders from Company approved vendors and national sign company.
