Encourage Tomorrow was founded in 1994 and incorporated in 1997. It was originally established to field test specialized curriculum designed to raise the educational aspirations and performance of young Hispanic women for the California Department of Education. It has grown to become a stable and effective statewide provider of educational enrichment programs and parent services. Encourage Tomorrow programs are provided to children and families in communities and school districts from San Diego to Sacramento.
