Responsible for oversight of client's domestic and global benefit plans, special projects, vendor management, prepared renewal analysis and benefit recommendations for changes and cost share structure. Conducted all facets of open enrollment, including vendor management and renewals, recommendations for benefit changes and costs, communications to employees, conducting open enrollment meetings, updating HRIS/ADP benefits/payroll systems. Assisted domestic and global employees with all benefit related issues including leaves of absence.Examples of special projects included preparation of all benefits information provided in connection with Disclosure Schedules for sale of company. Executed all aspects of 401(k) Plan termination including vendor management/coordination and employee/former employee communications related to the Plan termination. Assisted with analysis of benefit plans and made recommendations on consolidation the plans, including providing insight on vendor capabilities and recommendations on vendor selections.
