• Business Lead responsible for definement, development and execution of omni-channel Subscriptions platform at Office Depot. • Directed and served as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Merchandising, eComm) to create a seamless digital, in-store and at-home consumer experience for Office Depot Subscriptions, which delivers automatic shipments of office products, as well as service & software subscriptions to personal, small business & B2B consumers. • Grew 2019 Subscriptions program to $125M+ sales revenue for retail, direct and B2B channels. Maintained 920K+ active subscriptions in categories of Ink, Paper, Office Supplies, Cleaning, Breakroom, Tech Services and Software.• Defined & executed the market strategy and value propositions for the complete subscriber journey, including pricing strategy & promotions, customer analysis, market segmentation and channel distribution.• Drove customer engagement and retention strategy, which included execution of Email, Print, Digital, Social, In-Store, SEO/SEM and Mobile campaigns.
