As the City’s Business Corridor Manager, I am responsible with the coordination of maintenance and upkeep of neighborhood commercial & mixed-use business corridors throughout the City of Syracuse. I assist in identifying and implementing new streetscape plans; and identify sustainable financial models for future maintenance. I am also responsible for engaging with businesses and local stakeholders to help connect them with appropriate resources, opportunities, and connecting with various City departments. Works with Town Supervisor to best assist in town duties on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for writing copy and designing town newsletter. Oversees social media pages for the town, has scheduled out posts months in advance as well as in charge of making informative posts on the fly to inform town residents. Oversees scheduling of meeting for Town Supervisor & all of Town Board on town-related issues. Takes detailed notes of every meeting & logs them. Schedules all town Department Head meetings & writes meeting minutes. Assists in coordinating events within the town as well as outreach (ex: coordinated an event for the Town of Manlius & the Haudenosaunee within the town, as well as help prep & set up for various local fairs that the Town Board attends).

Was responsible for the creation, curation, and scheduling of all digital media front-facing towards constituents. Handled social media management, created informative videos on office’s legislative policies & accomplishments. Created a handbook on staffing events with a focus on photography as a staffer for District Office. Assisted in writing copy & designing promotional materials for all office’s events and press conferences. Assisted in planning of major events as well as their implementation (ex: Annual Senior Fair & used local connections to help secure over 100 + vendors). Assisted with various events & their logistics. Oversaw the hiring, training, & work of District Office interns.
