- Manage vendor/supplier relations; oversee the timely, accurate processing of over 30 invoices per day (almost $1M per month), expense reports, credit memos and payment transactions- Manage customer transactions including orders, invoices and cash payment applications- Thorough cross-checking of pack-lists, receivers and invoices, verification of employees expense reports and timely processing- Monitoring AP aging on a monthly basis - Process Year End 1099-Misc tax forms - Prepare reports and other items for various audits including 401(k), Payroll, and Financials- Responsible for Payroll Processing through Foundation- Perform weekly Payroll for entire company. Including Hourly and Salary employees
