  We operate and produce oil and gas wells in West Central Texas near Abilene, Texas, USA. Together, they have focused upon an industry niche whose time has come: salvaging oil and gas wells for the overlooked reserves left behind by the previous owners and their operators.“Why would anyone abandon oil reserves?” you may ask yourself. There are any number of reasons, but the main is disbelief that the reserves exist by the owners and their partners. In some cases, they have tried to produce the formation, were unsuccessful and are unwilling to spend more money. Other reasons may be (1) a simple mechanical failure like a hole in the tubing or trash in the pump caused the operator to believe the well dried up (2) the operator who drilled the well grew old and died and there was no one left to take over his business and family members simply sell off everything to be rid of the headaches, and (3) failure to effectively evaluate the well logs and cross check productive pays in the surrounding areas.To understand why the opportunity exists, one need only understand how most oil wells are financed: they are sold to multiple individual investors--each sharing in the profits and costs.The most common practice for plugging a well is to sell it to a salvage company and rid himself the liability with the State of Texas while saving his reputation with his investors. Wells sold for salvage are typically sold for the value of the equipment less the cost of plugging the well. Instead of investing in drilling the wells, Landmaster Partners risks only the capital necessary to recomplete the well into another pay zone thus saving hundreds of thousands of dollars. This method of investing exponentially increases the Company’s investment return.The ultimate goal is a listing on the Public Open Market as soon as possible.
