CurrentQualifications include experience in balancing bank reconciliations with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, WEBEX, GAAP, SKYPE, and SAP. I have knowledge with banking operations including positive pay, forgery, fraud, and return checks. Other banking knowledge includes ACH and wire transactions. I currently review recons for internal and external audits and compliance. I have attended Cultural Diversity Classes, Team building workshops, Customer Focused Quality, Giving and Receiving Feedback, High Performance Workshops and Leading with Integrity. I am self motivated and proficient in problem solving, research and investigation. Recently traveled to India to train new hires to balance bank recons and process returns, bank memo's and compliance for bank accounts. I do quality reviews monthly on all bank recons and also work with offshore partners in Allstate India to improve quality and go over any audit exceptions found on the quality review. I work with vendors and offshore partners daily.
