my role involved; -Scheduling appointments for patients-Answering Patient Queries & Providing excellent Customer Service-Scheduling different procedures and X-rays for patients-Accessing Patient Insurance Policies-Liasing with other Hospitals & Doctors to attain patient Information & Records

Duties Included; -Training in new members of the team to ensure a Consistent High Standard, -Acting as a Guinness ambassador ensuring visitors received courteous, friendly and professional assistance at all times. -Accompany team leaders in counting end of day takings in cash room. -Information desk - preparing daily briefing sheets for Diageo Manager & advising tourists on other attrations in the locality and general receptionist duties.
