I ensure that our staff is properly equipped in their physical spaces to meet those demands. ✔ Leads Global Workspace Management team of 25 space planners and move managers for 75+ offices in 35 countries✔ Designed and executed a 1,200+ person realignment of staff seating in San Francisco 320k square foot, 10 floor office in 6 months✔ Key representative on BGI / BlackRock Real Estate integration and Consolidation team, directing and successfully merging 5 West Coast offices✔ Spent year in NYC planning and leading the BlackRock HQ employee realignment before 450 staff Hong Kong relocation; trained new Facility Manager in Tokyo✔ Identify and addresses opportunities for process improvement, cost containment and increased efficiency within a “zero-spending” environment✔ Partners with various departments, including real estate, facilities management, design & construction, critical infrastructure, IT desk side support and Health & Safety to ensure regulatory compliance, ergonomic awareness and productive seating arrangements
