As Project Manger, I served as the relationship owner for all business partner relationships across multiple business lines. Projects of varying complexity, providing leadership across Group businesses, across sites, and across all impacted support areas are managed to achieve the change objectives. In this role, I also serve as liaison with peers in business, technology, and support teams while establishing strategic direction and ensuring adequate solutions are utilized. I proactively seek out and recommend ways to improve processes and business initiatives that improve efficiencies, customer care and expense control. Overall, I am responsible for budget planning, resource forecasting, and project remain in alignment with overall strategic goals.
