I have always focused on the core set of strengths and finding new ways in which I can grow them. Investing in my networks & mentor/mentee relationships that I have built over my career have been the foundation to my success. I find great fulfillment in investing in others in our organization and seeing them reach their potential in their careers. My motto is “Nothing ventured, nothing gained sometimes you have to go against the grain”. It encourages me to go beyond the status quo and challenge the thought process to deliver breakthrough business results for my organization.
